Q2, 2012 Georgia CxO Forum Meeting

What does it take to integrate social media into your business process? Volunteers on 4 teams supporting 4 nonprofits took on the mission to find out when they joined The Change Challenge.

The Change Challenge was conceived by Sherry Heyl as a 6-month project that would provide nonprofits with a sustainable social media strategy while providing volunteers hands-on training with skill sets that are in demand.

The CXO Forum will host a panel discussion with members from each team to discuss how they set measurable goals, assigned tasks, managed the various training needs as well as how they guided their nonprofit clients through the change management process.

Following the panel will be a Q&A session with Jim Krall, Director of E-Commerce for Aaron's, Inc., where we will discuss how these principles laid out by the panelists can be applied to your corporate social strategy.
